Ranch Entrance
Turning north off of Hwy 94 onto the Lone Tree Ranch and once you drive over the cattle guard you will only have three more miles in to ranch headquarters. As you can see, this is great country for making great horses!
Headquarters Front View
Still looking north, you are now half way into the ranch and only 1 1/2 miles to go. Off to the left is the aircraft hanger and the large white building on the right is the indoor arena. With Doug & Marlene's schedule it is imperative that they can travel immediately and an on ranch airport is now a necessity.
Headquarters West View
Out east of headquarters and looking west with Pikes Peak in the background. This is a welcome site of those riding pastures, checking cattle and fences, as it means they are almost home. It all adds up to better Cowboys (and Cowgirls) and even better horses!

Headquarters Aerial View
This photo was taken from 500' above the ground looking to the southwest. From top to bottom: white building is the aircraft hanger, next is the large main house with over six bedrooms and a full size, main deck library. Behind the main house (to the right) is the main horse barn complete with the World Champion Designs office and store, behind that (to the right of the photo) is the new nine stall barn with runs. And the grand prize of the facility is the indoor arena measuring 155' wide by 275' long! An excellent training area that defies the elements. To the left of the indoor arena you can see the east end of the other horse shed and cattle holding areas. The long row of trees to the left of the indoor incorporates forty acres of outdoor riding and training area complete with a sand/dirt surface for barrel and pole work without fences and a half mile race track for conditioning/exercising. Everywhere else you look is pasture for riding and grazing. It doesn't get any better than this!
On Film...
A German film crew documents the goings on at the Lone Tree Ranch where it is time to brand calves. This is a beautiful spot on the ranch named the Catlin Corrals after the family that originally homesteaded this spot. It is only a two mile ride from LTR headquarters.
Photos coming soon of our Kerrville, Texas Facility
Beautiful Afternoon
In the winter it generally does not snow much at the ranch, but when it does it is beautiful. You can see here as the sun lowers in the west how it all looks out the front steps of the main house.
